The Indo Canadian Council of Education (ICCE) is a membership-based organisation. It was established to develop strategic partnerships among Canadian and Indian public and private institutions.

PLC is developing program partnerships with ICCE that would allow students at ICCE centres in India to seamlessly transfer to PLC’s career programs in Canada.
